Your data protection rights

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

Here you can request access to your data, a copy, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing or withdraw your consent (Art. 15–21 GDPR, Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020). When signed in, it is quicker in the app under “My data”.

Enter the email address or phone number of your account. If the account has an email address, we send a confirmation link to THAT address (valid for 7 days) — this is how we make sure the request comes from you. After confirmation we carry out the request. We answer within 6 working days (Egyptian law), at the latest within one month (GDPR). The request is free of charge.
